This course focuses on introducing the basic principles of the printmaking underlying the woodcut. This course is considered as the first stepping stone into the exciting world of printmaking.

| 1st Week | Presentation + making a design with black and white (Indian Ink)and transfer of design and start engraving. |
| 2nd Week | Complement the drilling and start printing. |
| 3rd Week | Making a design in black & white then engraving. |
| 4th Week | Complement the drilling and Printing. |
| 5th Week | Making a Gouache colors design. |
| 6th Week | Prepare the wood then transfer of design and start drilling. |
| 7th Week | Complement the drilling and start printing. |
| 8th Week | Complement the drilling and Printing. Finally Access to the final edition. |
